We strongly encourage you to have your new puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice. Should any life-threatening hereditary congenital defects be discovered during this initial examination, we offer a full refund, provided we are notified within 48 hours of the exam.
Our puppies are warranted for two years against fatal and life-altering congenital diseases. This includes severe conditions affecting the hips, kidneys, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver. We stand by the health of our puppies and are committed to your peace of mind.

In the unfortunate event that your puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening hereditary congenital defect within two years of purchase, we will provide a full refund. To qualify, you must notify us within two business days of the diagnosis and provide reports from two independent veterinarians confirming the condition.
